Be sure to print out all assignments and turn them in to me upon returning to class. You may also email me assignments at chyde@lcmcisd.org. Check the Warm-ups page to get those missing assignments as well.
If you missed one day, your make-up work will be due one day after you get back. If you missed 2 days, then 2 days after you get back. Place all make-up work in the “IN” box on my desk or you can email it to me a chyde@lcmcisd.org.Warning: If you did not turn a legitimate excuse in to the office, this means you were truant (an unexcused absence). You may not make up work for truancy.

(If you are homebound, read the play and answer the study guide questions (Major Grade). You will get a packet soon. Practice Amanda's monologue on page 1152. For a major grade this six weeks you will act out that monologue. You must practice changing your voice to inflect Amanda as she impersonates other people. Keep up with checking the wiki for other assignments. This play project will be due by 12/13.)

11/10
Instructional Presentations

11/8
1. In the Spotlight (cont.): the class took turns being in the hot seat as each student asked them a question in a formal manner. The student had to answer the question in complete sentences and without saying the word, "um." If you were absent, then you need to come see me before or after school to make up this grade.
The instructional speech will be due next class (instructions for this speech are from last six weeks).
